Many Teachers say they need techniques , many admit that discipline is the most challenging part of their jobs and they want make it such less burden.

The ways that we’ve disciplined students is based on style and degree control

The correct position is when te teacher is doing something with student where the student take responsability for his or her own behavior.

We help students examine their actions and make internal evaluations of what they can do to repair their mistakes, it is Restitution

Restitution allows offenders to heal themselves by becoming who they want to be and to gain self esteem.

It´s okay to make mistakes, to err is a human condition, the important is to teach how they should repair them, because they know when she or he has broken something or hurt someone.

they won't to lie or hide their actions if they believe they are capable of making restitution and will be given an oportunity to do so.

Context of everyday lifeIn context of Human Rights: Lost and Regained?Restitution as a Remedy for Human Rights

Violations in the Context of International Law: Most probably, the deepest desire of any victim of a human rights violation is to turn back the clock. The law has tried to remedy the damaged caused to victims of the war. Reparation must, so far as possible, eliminate all the consequences of the illegal act and reestablish

the situation which would, in all probability, have existed if that act had not been committed.

Restitution as the preferred remedyThe goverments give restitution as compensation represented in

especific monetary amounts , properties, health care but what about the moral restitution?THE INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL

RIGHTS (ICCPR) STIPULATES INARTICLE 2(3) THAT STATES HAVE A DUTY TO PROVIDE AN

EFFECTIVE REMEDY IN CASE OF A VIOLATION OF THEHUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTED IN THE COVENANT AND THAT

INDIVIDUALS HAVE A CONCOMITANT RIGHT. THEHUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE (HRC) HAS HELD THAT COVENANT

VIOLATIONS IN GENERAL ENTAIL“APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION” AND THAT REPARATION CAN

INVOLVE “RESTITUTION, REHABILITATION ANDMEASURES OF SATISFACTION”.

It contribute to recovery the liberty , employment and property.

In some codes of ethics, the restitution is used. In biblical language we have a restitution obligation in these fields:

Debt Economics: Money - Values ?Debt Materials: Objects - Elements? Debt Morales:

Injustice - Offense - Defamation?Family Debts: Breach of our role - Abuse - Bad Example?

Emotional Debt: Lack of Affection - Chill - Cruelty - Indifference?

Social Debt: Damage generalized?Debt to Nature: Predation – Pollution

The idea is to restore AMEND - RESET – RESTOREREVEAL THIS GENUINE REPENTANCE
