Contractor and Subcontractors construction of a twin tower 16 floor 192 unit condominium connected with an atrium, an above parking garage pool, heated spa, swim workout pool, two levels of parking, a recreation facility, fitness center and a 21 boat slip marina. Post tension slabs built on 300 pilings delivered on time, within budget and turnkey to Management.

Project SuperintendentFine Line Construction (4/2001-3/2005) Contact the Project Manager: Bruce Cavossa, (561) 722-3263 New construction of a $32,500,000.00 BJ’s Wholesale Club in Boynton Beach consisting of developing a 15

acre site to construct a 110,000 sq.ft. Tilt panel building with a steel truss roof system, 3 out parcel projects consisting of a bank, a restaurant and a gas station complete with storm drains, onsite retention areas with SFWM, asphalt, parking lot lighting and landscape. At Town & Country Metals in Ft. Lauderdale, built a $1,200,000.00 addition of a 10,000 sq.ft. Tilt panel 24’ tall, consisting of 4,000 sq.ft. office space and new storage space tied into the existing warehouse for materials.
