RETURN TO DIGNITYCATALOGUE 2015

Page 2: Return To Dignity

Living Hope is the journey of empowerment that lifts women from desperation to a life of purpose.

For decades, women have been the most marginalised and wounded people in Africa.Watoto’s Living Hope works to restore dignity to vulnerable women. Many of the women are HIV+ and have

been victims of human trafficking, left to bear the brunt of AIDS, war and social injustice.

Through Living Hope, the women learn their true value in Christ. As they heal and begin to understand they are loved and capable of doing great things, the women start to believe in themselves again. They learn

that their stories aren’t over and, though they can’t rewrite the past, they can regain control of their future. Living Hope equips the women with necessary life skills and empowers them to provide a better life for their

families and become leaders in their communities.

Launched in early 2008, Living Hope has transformed the lives of over 3,000 women. Their children, more than 15,000 boys and girls, now have a better chance at a future.

Throughout the catalogue, meet some of our Living Hope leaders and explore the products they’ve designed. Each item in the collection has been named after these heroic women.
