In this topic, you will learn how to create a report of results of a search for a requirement,
course, course list, or condition.

1. Use the Advisement Reports to help analyze the degree audit process.
This user guide will review how to use reverse engineering report to list results of a

2. To sign in to Campus Solutions, go to sis.illinoisstate.edu.
Click the Please click here to PeopleSoft logon page link.

3. You will be directed to the Campus Solutions logon screen.
Enter your User ID and Password then click the Sign In button.

4. Once you sign in, you will see a list of navigation links that relate to your roles and
responsibilities.
Advisement Reports is within Academic Advisement menu.
Click the Academic Advisement link.

7. On the Reverse Engineering find page, enter the Run Control ID, and then click
the Search button.
Leave the fields blank for a list of all values.
To create a new Run Control ID, click the Add a New Value tab.

button.

10. Enter the Course ID, Subject and/or Catalog Nbr, or click the Look Up button to
select a value.
Click the Run button.

11. On the Process Scheduler Request page, verify the correct process row checkbox
is selected.
Click the OK button.

Click the Process Monitor link to review the job status.

Status is Posted.
Click the Go back to Reverse Engineering link.

Click the Print icon to print the page(s).
To exit the report, click the x on the new tab.

18. Click Report Manager to return to Reverse Engineering page.
To return to the Navigation Menu screen, click the Home link at the top, right of
the page.
19. The reverse engineering report lists the results of a search for a requirement,
course, course list, or condition.
This report includes enrollment and academic advisement requirement groups,
requirements, and course lists.
20. Congratulations! You have successfully reviewed how to print the Reverse
Engineering report.
