This report looks really good I have one minor edit that will need to be fixed and then I can get this into clearance I do notthink clearance should take long and will not be a big deal My one edit is on Page 6 under recommendation 6 It needs to bechanged to ldquoHCPF has requested funding from the general assembly to conduct a pilot exploring pay-for-performanceincentives that would reward service agencies that produce competitive integrated employment outcomesrdquo

I am open to other language then what has been included here it just need to reflect that HCPF has asked for funding Thiswill help in a few ways one it will point a representative or senator to the budget request It also informers the reader that wereally need the pilot funds to truly be able to explore pay-for-performance We are really excited about the Pilot and want it tohappen thus open to other ways to do it without the general assembly allocation but for the purposes of this report it isimportant that it reflexes that we asked for funding and that this is the quickest way HCPF will be able to implement this typeof payment options

This is great I have a couple of things First I acknowledge I someone has attended the last few meetings in my place so Irsquomout of the loop on a few things Please feel free to disregard my comments if the direction has changed and we can look atrevisiting when we reconvene in March



1 Page 7 under Model Employer - I recall discussion at one point that state agencies should review job descriptions toensure unnecessary requirements arenrsquot listed that would exclude people with disabilities from qualifying for positions(eg drivers license) Josh has been pretty outspoken about this in other forums so he might have more to add

2 Page 8 under Messaging ndash This seems to focus on youth in school and their families The conversations included allpeople with disabilities of all ages Can we change ldquostudents and non-studentsrdquo to youth and adults

3 Several discussions occurred over the last couple years about including supported employment services in all HCBSwaivers I didnrsquot see this mentioned anywhere in the report

4 Correct the spelling of my last name from Burnam to Burnham
