order, 2012 is applicable to all central

ministries/departments/CPSUs and has

become mandatory i.e. 1st April

2015.Under this policy the participation

fee and EMD will be exempted along with

other benefits mentioned in the policy for

all the MSMEs registered with District

Industries Centre (DIC) or Khadi & Village

Industries Commission (KVIC) or Khadi &

Industries Board (KVIB) or Coir Board or

National Small Industries Commission

(NSIC) or Directorate of Handicrafts and

Handlooms or Udyog Aadhar

Memorandum or any other body specified

by Ministry of MSME under the public

procurement policy irrespective of

relevance of product category and

capacity of the MSME. Accordingly we are

considering that it will be exempted for

MSME Registered Companies to pay

Tender Fees and deposit EMD or Bid

Security etc.

12 19 Timeline and Penalty for

11 Performance: Bidder/SI has to ensure proper

sizing of hardware based on the volume

provided on this RFP and in no case it should be

undersized or oversized. Sizing of the hardware

has to be done in such a way that the average

daily (8 am to 8 pm) CPU and Memory

utilization does not exceed 70%. In case it

exceeds, an amount of Rs.5,000/- for each such

occasion would be levied as penalty

Request bank to relax this point as the

volume mentioned by bank is conditional

and it depends on customer acqusition . If

we assume that the volume is

unpredictable then this clause will not

work.As per RFP

13 19 Penalties 12 In the absence of the engineer, suitable

replacement is to be provided on immediate

basis. In case of absence of absolute absence

(when no replacement is provided), penalty

would be deducted @1% of the

bidder/SI shall furnish to the Bank, the

Performance Security for an amount of 15% of

Total Contract Cost valid for minimum period of

Contract period plus three months

Performance security is 10%.. Request you

24 30 Insurance 31 The insurance shall be in an amount equal to

110 percent of the value of the Products from

“Warehouse to final destination” on “All Risks”

valid for a period not less than 3 months after

acceptance certificate by the Bank.

25 31 Contract Period 34 Contract period is 4 years after expiry of

warranty period. Warranty period of 1 year

shall commence from the date of successful

implementation of the proposed solution by

the successful vendor & its acceptance by the

Bank. Although the period of contract period is

5 years after expiry of warranty period, Bank

reserves the right to extend the ATS & FMH

same at the same rate for another 6 months or

selection of vendor through RFP whichever is

earlier. Bank may also extend the ATS and FMH

after 5 years to the Bidder as per the mutually

agreed rate.

Warranty period as per industry standards

is considered for 1 year. After expiry of

warranty the contract period is mentioned

for 5 year. Kindly clarify if its for 1

warranty + 5 year Contract or 1 + 4 Years.

Turnover of at least Rs. 3 Crore in last 3

Financial years Or less."

same for Schedule Commercial Bank,

Public Sector Banks, RRBs etc.
