Store and organize your voicemails in Salesforce

Automatically store and organize voicemails along with other customer information.

1) Your voice messages automatically appear in the message box in Salesforce.

2) Messages that are from Leads or Contacts will automatically be logged in the relevant Activity History list.

3) Use the Attach feature to map unidentified messages to any record in Salesforce.

Note: Messages that don’t match leads or contacts remain in a private queue in the message box unless you Attach them to records.
