Ribbit for Salesforce: Best Practices
Store and organize your voicemails in Salesforce
Automatically store and organize voicemails along with other customer information.
1) Your voice messages automatically appear in the message box in Salesforce.
2) Messages that are from Leads or Contacts will automatically be logged in the relevant Activity History list.
3) Use the Attach feature to map unidentified messages to any record in Salesforce.
Note: Messages that don’t match leads or contacts remain in a private queue in the message box unless you Attach them to records.
Leads and Contact Mapped Voicemail
Read voicemails on your Blackberry or Cell Phone
Read voicemails on your phone as if they were SMS text messages or emails. Respond right away even if your in the middle of a meeting.
Text transcriptions of your voicemail will be delivered via both SMS and email. On average transcriptions arrive within 10 minutes of the call. You can also dial in to listen to voicemail or listen/read messages within salesforce.com.
Note: Customize your notifications from the “Device” screen in the Ribbit tab in Salesforce.

1) Call into the Ribbit Voicemail number from your mobile - 619-916-2500
2) Press “*” to get to the main menu3) Press “5” and record a voice memo4) Next time you login to salesforce.com select the
message in the message box and click “Attach” to map it to the relevant customer record.
