Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities is funded through a combination of local (levy) dollars, state funds, and federal dollars.

In addition to our direct services, we fund the local match for all Medicaid waiver services regardless of the provider.

Agency Provider PartnersOur Board provides funding, training, and support to a number of agencies and independent providers to deliver high-quality services to Richland County residents with developmental disabilities.
