So our focus would be on them in first 6 months more as compared to big giants. Once we are able to bring huge volume of small and mid level organization it would help overall team as there skills and service delivery would be more strengthened.

A Strong Operational System: All successful business have systems in place to ensure the

consistency of their offerings and management of their operations. The key to successful Business is how smoothly we are communicating with our clients so that they understand well, what we are offering and how they get benefits from us. For this we need to well equip our sales team. following are some suggestions which we will implement at here in Lahore sales team:

Training and development of sales staff.Motivational exercises.Weekly sessions on product knowledge , market

intelligence report , competitor offering and practices , issues and there solutions and strategies to bring productive business.

Proper SOPs from initial steps to final sale maturity to close any deal.

A Commitment to Long-Term Relationships: Selling services are really all about relationships, so we

need to maintain good relations with all our clients. We may conduct some meeting session with them at least in month sometimes there offices and sometimes ours.

Probe them about good or bad feedback of our services, motivate them for giving us more business.
