EASTSIDE APARTMENTSEastside apartments was designed and built to be the premier urban community for young professionals as well as students from the University of Utah. The community is 170,240 sq. ft. above grade on top 80,712 sq. ft. of parking space. Community amenities include a garden courtyard, fitness center, outdoor sport court, rooftop party patio, and a large social room. Private balconies are available and each room is equipped with mid-grade finishes and include nine foot ceilings, washers and dryers, and standard kitchen appliances.

EAGLEWOOD LOFTSEaglewood Lofts is widely recognized as the one of the best new multi-family products in the Salt Lake market. Tucked away on a retired quarry, this 214 unit community features a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center and outdoor grills. Every unit is equipped with two tone paint, granite countertops, and expansive windows. The project was HUD insured and at a time when construction costs were climbing sharply. Extensive value engineering was required to offset the steep incline in costs, and keep the project within budget.

ALPINE VILLAGEAt the time of construction, Alpine Village was the largest BYU housing project in Utah County. It consists of 163 apartment units, a pool, workout facilities, retail space, and more. This mixed-use project includes underground parking and five levels of units above. Rimrock used extensive value engineering to assist the owners in achieving a budget that helped to make this project pencil. Scheduling was tight because the owners needed to move students in at the beginning of the school year. Rimrock completed more than the required units within the given schedule.

The Huntington is the finest in downtown living.

TROLLEY PLACETrolley Place Condominiums consists of 43 high-end units and includes beautiful finishes and features such as stained doors and trim, multi-paint accent walls, tile and stone fireplaces, wood flooring, ceramic tile flooring, ceramic tile tubs and showers, architectural lighting, granite countertops, and vaulted ceilings. This project also includes a post-tensioned deck with underground parking. Within six months and prior to completion of the project, all units were sold.

BROADWAY PLACE APARTMENTSLocated near downtown Salt Lake City. This beautiful building includes 73 units to accommodate the growing senior population in Utah. This high end facility includes underground parking, common gathering rooms, great rooms, and exercise rooms. Our biggest challenge during construction of this infill piece of property was the shoring required to maintain the structural integrity of the existing buildings on each side of the apartments. Broadway Place is a beautiful addition to a growing downtown.

BRICKSTONE APARTMENTSBrickstone Apartments are located in South Salt Lake City, Utah. The two communities total 212 units and were funded with HUD insured loans. Rimrock is one of the few construction companies in Utah that has HUD experience. This project was an insured HUD development and that understanding coupled with Rimrock’s industry expertise made this project a huge success.
