STONEHAVEN DENTALRimrock developed the Stonehaven office subdivision in lehi, Utah, which consists of five building lots. Rimrock worked closely with the owners of the subdivision to ensure that the property obtained its maximum potential. The owners of the development also commissioned Rimrock to construct a professional medical building on one of the lots called Stonehaven Dental. Stonehaven Dental is over 10,000 square feet, and consists of mostly curved walls and unique design elements.

SMILE ORTHODONTICSDr. Brian Graf operates one of the most successful orthodontics practices in Utah County, and is located in the lexington Heights Office Park in Cedar Hills, Utah. in partnership with Rimrock, the Smile Perfect office was created using the Design-Build process. The latest equipment and procedures were carefully accommodated within the space creating one of the most advanced orthodontic facilities in the country. Smile Perfect is an example of just one of the many medical/dental offices Rimrock has successfully completed.

MATTSON DENTALThe Mattson Dental facility clearly demonstrates how Rimrock, the client, and the architect worked closely together as a Design-Build team to ensure a unique look and feel to this office. this facility continued to evolve as construction stayed in progress and on schedule. Some of the unique aspects of this office include colorful paint patterns, modern lighting, stained concrete flooring, and enhanced ceiling design.

LONE PEAK DENTALRimrock developed and constructed the Lone Peak Dental Complex, assisting the owner from start to finish. Because the owner of this building had a very tight budget, Rimrock incorporated value engineering ideas and concepts in order to construct this building at an affordable price without sacrificing quality or appeal. this building houses a dentist, an orthodontist, an oral surgeon, and a periodontist. Each medical professional’s space is easily identified from the lobby and each has a private entrance for convenience.

DRY CREEK DENTALNine professional office buildings make up the Dry Creek Professional Office Park. Rimrock researched the property, purchased it, and developed/entitled it in order to accommodate all nine professional office buildings. Additionally, Rimrock constructed eight of the nine buildings located on the site and used the Design-Build process to provide all owners with satisfactory results. Several of these buildings are being used by medical and/or dental professionals.

TRAPNELL ORTHODONTICSThis beautiful building serves as a stand-alone orthodontics practice. The owner, Dr. Trapnell, stayed heavily involved throughout the design and construction process in order to achieve the look he sought after. This high-end building includes design elements and features that are very unique. Several of the interior finishes were imported out of foreign countries to help give the building a unique look.

TOTAL HEALTH INSTITUTE The Total Health Institute represents unique Design-Build collaboration between Rimrock; the architect, Gould Evans; and the client, a family practitioner and chiropractor team. HORIZON FINANCIAL OFFICEthis Class A office building is clearly visible from interstate-15 at approximately 100th South in Sandy and is identifiable by its unique copper roof. in addition to the copper roof, there are several other unique architectural features found inside and outside of this building. Rimrock’s involvement with the Architect during the early stages of design helped to assist the Owner in all cost implications of the design elements that were chosen.

FV TECHNOLOGIES OFFICESthis office building is a 40,000 square foot, two story building with masonry/steel construction. the entire building has a “raised floor” system that allows easy placement of data, power, and communication lines. Rimrock was involved early in the process with the opportunity to coordinate with the Owner and Architect. In doing so, Rimrock was able to save the Owner over $124,000 in the design stages alone by suggesting materials that were lower in cost but equal in structural and architectural integrity.

DRAPER CROSSING PROFESSIONAL OFFICESthis professional office was constructed using a combination of block, steel, and wood. the staff at Rimrock were integrally involved in the design and pre-construction activities of this building in order to bring it in under budget without hindering the structure and look of the building. Throughout construction, value engineering efforts continued and one of the areas we helped the owner to save substantial money in was with the HVAC system. It is interesting to note that the rough-sawn timbers on this building complete two purposes; they are structural members and also give a unique architectural feel. This project had no change orders and stayed within schedule.

GREGORY & SWAPP PROFESSIONAL OFFICE the Gregory & Swapp Professional Office is a four-story office with a secured, underground parking garage beneath the building. Rimrock was extensively involved in the Design-Build efforts with the architect and owner of this project to make the building as efficient, yet as affordable as possible. During construction we assisted with the re-design of the HVAC system after the entire steel structure was completed. This provided a much-needed level of comfort and customization for the tenants of this building. Overall, this building is very innovative. The exterior elements offer a unique and unexpected design. The four-story stair towers are lit by translucent wall panels. The high-end interior finishes of this building are exquisite.
