    he staff of Rittenhouse Appraisals and Consult ing has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. We have been active in the industry through valuation, project management, development, banking and planning. We are a regional f irm, based in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia. We serve clients throughout the Delaware Valley, including central and southern New Jersey, southeastern Pennsylvania and the state of Delaware.

    arlo L. Batts is a member of the Appraisal Institute, and is actively engaged w ith its chapters in the Delaware Valley region. His appraisal career began while working w ith Wilmington Trust Company (now M&T Bank), which was the largest lender in the Philadelphia Federal Reserve.

    He has provided valuation services to a range of clients and has valued a variety of commercial, institutional and investment grade properties.

    Carlo oversees the work of a staff of cert if ied, licensed general real estate appraisers and analysts who assist in research and data development for Rittenhouse Appraisals and Consult ing.
