If you’ve been keeping up with ourprevious newsletters, you are pretty
familiar with Matt’s part-time job atNew Denver Church. Things havecontinued to go very well! He’scontinued to co-lead the Young Adultsministry, co-taught a “Spiritual Life”
course on spiritual disciplines, andhelped church services continue on byhelping lead weekend programming.
This fall we look to kick off YoungAdults again in a powerful way. We wantto see our regular attendees get
plugged in with small groups, discipleship, and service. We hope tobe a welcoming place for the many newfaces we see on a weekly basis. Last
evening we had a dinner after ourchurch service with 20 young adults--three of which were new faces!
We want to say a huge “Thank You” tothe 8 donors that generously donated. We have used the gifts so far to help us
pay for a portion of Matt’s seminary
education. This has been a huge blessingthat we will reap for years to come.
This year we would like to raise an
additional $500 a month that wouldhelp contribute to Matt’s salary(Currently all New Denver Staff members raise support for their
salary). If you haven’t given yet, wewould like to encourage you toconsider supporting Matt’s church work
for the 2011-2012 school year. Your giftwill help us in three ways:
• Enabling us to continueministry (meeting withpeople costs us gas, cups of coffee, and meals)
• Giving us more margin in our
budget to save forunexpected expenses anddaily life
• Sharing our giving load (many of our current givers only
committed to giving throughthe end of 2011)
How To Give
You can give a tax-deductible donationtowards Matt’s ministry work at www.newdenver.org/giving/ Simplylog-on and designate a one time orreoccurring gift for Matt Rittgers.
