RL 3.2 – Identify the main events in plot, their causes, and the influence of each event on future actions. In the beginning , we learn about the setting of the story and the characters and conflict (main problem) are introduced. In the middle , events take place to develop the conflict(s). The climax is where the main character comes face to face with a conflict and there is a turning point in the story. The ending is where the conflict(s) and climax are taken care of ; the story comes to a reasonable ending .
