When to call — what to look for
• search-driven anything (aka content app, search-as-an-app, etc.)
• a lot of high value content to utilize, migrate, restructure, develop into an app (e.g., customer support FAQ system)
• larger and more sophisticated and/or complex project or relationship than usual
• professional and other high performance information-type workers
• target-rich client environment with lots of diverse opportunities
