Contest Description:

Contest Period: The Robins Donuts #robinsathome Like to Win contest begins at

12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, January 26, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern

Time on Monday, March 2, 2015.Sponsor reserves the right to shorten or extend the

Sweepstakes Period due to events beyond its control or for reasons set forth herein.

Prize:Five (5) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of 6 master cases of 6x12

Robins Single Serve capsules (total of 432 capsules). Prize must be accepted as

awarded and is not convertible to cash.

Eligibility: Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers and

directors of Robins and its advertising, promotion or production agencies, distribution

or sales representatives, and web masters/ suppliers and marketers and each of their

immediate family members and individuals residing in the same households (whether or

not related) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited, or restricted by law. Allfederal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Open to legal residents of

Canada only, and void where prohibited by law. This promotion is not sponsored,

endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook in any way.

Contest Entry: To enter the contest, participants go to

search Robins Donuts Timeline for the NEW #robinsathome CONTEST

ANNOUNCEMENT post. Click Like under that post and you will be officially entered towin. Participants may enter only one time for the entire contest period.On Tuesday,

March 3, 2015, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be

conducted under Sponsors supervision to select five (5) winners.

Notification: Winners will be contacted by direct message from the Robins Donuts

Facebook page by a Robins Donuts Administrator on Tuesday, March 3, 2015.

Failure to respond by direct message (email) to the Robins Donuts Administrator

within 72 hours of attempted notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, the

selection of an alternate winner. Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of

Eligibility, a Liability Release and Publicity Release. If any winning Entrant does not

return all required documents within 5 days of prize notification, or is otherwise found tohave not complied with these Contest Rules, the Winner may be disqualified and an

alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release: By acceptance of a Prize, Winners irrevocably grant to Robins

Donuts and its successors, assigns and licensees the right to use the Entrants name,

address and likeness, for any commercial, publicity or promotional purposes (including,

without limitation, advertising and/or promotional purposes in connection with the

Contest, the Robins Donuts Facebook page, Robins Donuts goods or services

or other promotions) without further compensation, review or approval, worldwide and inperpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, and hereby

releases Robins Donuts from any liability resulting therefrom.

Release and Indemnification of Sponsor:

1) By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to:

A) Release Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies,

subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and agents from any and all actions, causes of action,

liability, claims and demands, loss or injury, howsoever caused, which may be suffered

or incurred by entrant in consequence of the awarding of a prize to entrant or in any

manner related to the Contest, including without limitation, personal injury, death or

property damage, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,

possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in this Contest, breach of any of

these Contest Rules, or in any Prize-related activity; and

B) Indemnify and save harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, parent

companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from any and all claims by third

parties related to this Contest, without limitation.

Personal Information: By entering into the Contest, Entrant agrees to Robins Donuts

collection and use of their personal information in connection with the Contest. Entrant

agrees that he or she has read and accepted Robins Donuts Terms of Use and
