Robotex information and sponsorship conditions• Robotex is held on November 24-26 at the Estonian Fairs Centre.• Technology exhibition is a display-exposition happening at Robotex, where about 50 companies and exhibitors will present themselves.• Robotex official homepage – www.robotex.ee/en• Robotexi official fan page - www.facebook.com/RobotexInternational• VAT will be added to all prices.• All expenses concerning advertising materials will be covered by MTÜ Robotex.• All of the sponsors of Robotex have the right to use the EV100 logo in their marketing and communications and all of the sponsors will be mentioned on the EV100 homepage.• Robotex organisers cannot guarantee exposure in all the press releases, as it’s sometimes out of our control (*).• It might not be possible to present logos in all online ads, as it depends on the size of the ad (**).• Robotex organises international franchise events together with foreign partners that are possible to be sponsored when extra agreements are made (***).• The minimal prize fond to arrange a branded competition is € 3000 (****).• Robotex organising team will keep the right to choose the final exhibitors and exhibits for the technology exhibition.• Robotex organising team will keep the right to change sponsorship packages in according to the need of the event. • More detailed cooperation terms will be decided during further negotiations.
