There is only one vendor that has seven references in the state of Ga therefore this provides a distinctive advantage in the evaluation process. There are other vendors who can provide references that are not in the Ga but in North America.

If a vendor will propose placing a service shop in Rockdale county (there are no service shops in Rockdale at this time) would that be acceptable. After all it will create jobs in the county.

The systems mentioned must be the seven system that will provide Motorola with references. The requirement for operation with a 3600 baud analog system is like asking the phone company to place a rotary dial phone in a corporate office and expect it to meet the needs of the company. This is specifically a feature set that only is offered by Motorola. Why does Rockdale not care about interoperating with Henry or Newton County. At this point Motorola has a 40% better chance of being awarded the bid without responding

So the start date is 4th quarter and the completion date is 12/2012 and it can be either or Phase I or Phase II - why would you even consider a Phase I technology as it will be considered a legacy technology and will more than likely not be supported in ten years. Motorola that the APCO conference announced there Phase II technology as generaly available.
