Campus Campaign CoordinatorUniversity of Vermont, Teach for America Aug. 2011 May 2012 Spearheaded efforts to recruit Teach for America candidates from the University of Vermont. Constructed and adapted a plan to successfully recruit applicants, including flyering, tabling, and presenting with student organizations and in classrooms. Educated and informed students about Teach for Americas mission to end educational inequity. Guided and supported students in the multi-tiered application process. Generated 74 quality applications started from the University of Vermont compared to 47 the previous year. Increased quality applications submitted by 170% since the previous year.
