ATMOSPHERE ROKA AKOR was designed by Noriyoshi Muramatsu in collaboration with Tokyo-based firm, Super Potato. Its sleek interior marries sophisticated contemporary design with comfortable, rustic elements. ROKA AKOR’s most striking feature is it’s centrally located robata grill, which is encompassed by a 200 year old Irish Elm
counter, flanked with seating for guests who want a front-row experience.
CUISINE ROKA AKOR serves modern, Japanese robatayaki, which is an open, mesquite-charcoal-grilled cuisine. It features prime cut steaks, seafood, vegetables, and much more, while incorporating unique house-made marinades and sauces. Sushi, sashimi, and tempura are also major staples of ROKA AKOR’s cuisine and
provide a plethora of options that are sure to satisfy anyone’s palate. ROKA AKOR keeps to the traditions of sourcing the best seasonal and local produce, always foraging for the whole product in its purest, most natural form. With family-style service, the food will be served when and

SAKE & SHOCHU LOUNGE In addition to offering a wide variety of premium wine, liquor, sake, and beer from all over the world, ROKA AKOR also serves distilled spirit known as shochu. While most shochu today bears similar qualities to vodka,
ancient Japan used it as a medicinal tonic. ROKA AKOR puts its own twist on shochu by infusing it with a variety of flavors using seasonal and organic fresh fruits and ingredients. The Sake & Shochu Lounge is a

MINIMUM REVENUE COMMITMENT For parties of 1-10 guests, a minimum of $750 in combined food and beverage should be spent at the client’s function. This minimum does not include tax or service fees. Should the final spend fall below $750, ROKA AKOR will first advise on additional food, beverages, or services that will ascend to the contracted minimum revenue. Alternatively, the remaining difference will be added to the bill as a “room fee”.
For parties of 11-20+ guests, a minimum of $1500 in combined food and beverage will be spent at the client’s function. This minimum does not include tax or service fees. Should the final spend fall below $1500, ROKA AKOR will first advise on additional food, beverages, or services that will ascend to the contracted minimum revenue. Alternatively, the remaining difference will be added to the bill as a “room fee”.
CANCELLATION POLICY & GUEST COUNT GUARANTEE Notice of cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to the booking date and time without receipt of penalty. Any Private Party Dining reservation not cancelled under this provision is subject to charges equivalent to $25 per person based on the last known head count and such charges will be applied to the provided credit card to cover liquidated damages. A final guest count is required 48 hours in advance or the client is subject to 100% of charges based on the last known guaranteed attendance.
TAXES & SERVICE CHARGES All federal and local taxes are imposed to this contract and to the services rendered by ROKA AKOR. These taxes are in addition to the prices herein agreed upon, and the client agrees to pay them. Maricopa County tax is currently 8.95%. A

In no event shall ROKA AKOR be liable for the loss of profit or other similar or dissimilar collateral of consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, warranty or otherwise.
