Order Terms & Policies

Orders Minimum Opening Order $200.00

E-mail orders to [email protected]. Please be sure to specify item number, description, quantity and requested ship date.

Re-Orders Minimum re-order is $50.00. Re-orders must contain at least 6 boxes per design (10 pieces per box) or 1 bulk of 100. There is a $10 under minimum fee. Bulks of 50 are not available.

Terms All opening orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. After 6 months as an established customer with a proven payment history and a minimum of 3 orders placed, an account may submit a credit application (available on request) to apply for Net 30 terms. Applications must be reviewed and approved and take approximately 2 weeks to process. Credit limits may be applied at any time.

Shipping All orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Drop ship fee: $ 5.00

COD fee: $10.00

Errors/Damage Claims of damage or missing product are required within 10 working days of the requested ship date on the order.

RosanneBECK Collections accepts returns in the event of defective stock or shipping error. All returned items must be agreed upon in writing (e-mail) prior to return and must have a Return Authorization (RA#) provided by RosanneBECK visible on the package. Any authorized returns for reasons other than defect or shipping error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Because handmade items (frames, crosses, etc.) are made to order, they are not returnable for reasons other than damage or shipping error.

Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shortages Our orders are counted and checked twice for quantity and accuracy. In case of a shortage, we will refer to our records before shipping additional product. Shortages must be reported within 10 working days of the requested ship date on the order.

Cancellations To avoid penalties, all cancellations must be received in writing 5 working days prior to the requested ship date. Cancellations may be faxed or e-mailed to [email protected]. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

It all started in 1990, when Rosanne Beck, former artist and founder of Cross My Heart Cards, Inc., set out to design the unique, spirited invitations she’d been imagining but couldn’t find on the market.

Deciding to make them herself, she sat down with an idea, a pen and a paint brush. Consumers and designers alike quickly fell for Rosanne’s designs,and so began a revolution in the stationery industry.

In 2010, Rosanne launched her namesake brand, RosanneBECK Collections. Her signature style

continues combining innovative concepts with fresh color palettes. These core design values are reinforced with her whimsical drawings and classic graphic elements, establishing a visual shorthand

recognized the industry over.

RosanneBECK Collections vows to continue the iconic style Rosanne is known for, aiming to broaden the product line while honoring RosanneBECK’s core standards – style, value and a playful sophistication.
