• User Manual for School Principals for Registration of School

Click on ‘Register your school’ link on the left hand menu of the screen to proceed with the registration process

Enter your school UDISE number and select school medium . Click on ‘Get School Registration details’ tab.

Basic information like UDISE code, School Name, Name of contact person, School Medium, Contact persons mobile number and e-mail ID will be flashed on the screen. Except for UDISE number and school medium, other details can be modified after login.

System will auto generate your school login ID and Password. Please note down or take a print of this page. You shall require these details to login and complete your school profile and also for future reference.

Enter the system generated login ID and password and click on ‘Login’ tab to complete the school profile.

Carefully fill all correct details on the school profile page. This is vital information. Click on ‘Save and Proceed’ tab to move to the next step

On this page, school will identify and mark its location on the google satellite map. Search for your school location name in the text box. The system will show you the list of possible locations. Choose the correct location and click on Enter tab. The map will zoom to the specific location. (Please refer next slide for further details)

You can zoom in – zoom out of the map by clicking on +/- navigation signs. Zoom sufficiently to have a proper view.Once you have identified the location of your school correctly on the map, click exactly on that location. A Red Balloon sign will appear on the screen.

The screen will show you the latitude and longitude of the identified location. Please be sure that you have identified the correct location and then click on ‘Save and proceed’ tab to proceed to the next step.

On this screen the school will enter its total intake capacity of Standard 1st. 25% RTE intake will be calculated by the software and shown in the next column. School must confirm and enter the correct intake capacity of Standard 1st.Click on ‘Save and Proceed’ to view your school profile form summary.

School profile information is complete. This is the summary page of all the details entered by the school through its login. School can click on the edit tab shown for each section and modify any information if necessary. (Please refer next slide for further details)

Once you have verified and are sure that all the information entered in the school registration form is correct, click on the ‘Confirm’ tab. Please note that you cannot edit any information in the form after you have clicked on the ‘confirm’ tab. So re-check and then confirm your inputs.

School profile registration is now complete. You are requested to take a print of the form for your reference.

On giving print command, a new window will pop up showing the school registration form. Click on the print tab to print the registration form.
