NOTE!!! Payment should be made by cash ONLY in US dollars or Euro upon arrival to Kazan to the representative of Russia’s Diving Federation.
26 June – Final accommodation and travel forms 100% Non-cash payment for accommodation must be made by June 26, 2019. To make a payment, you must sign a written agreement with the ANO "Directorate of sports and social projects." The agreement signed by the Organizer and the invoice for payment will be sent by e-mail to all NF’s applied for accommodation until June 17, 2019. 1) Please send a scanned signed and
stamped copy of the agreement to [email protected] until June 26, 2019.
2) Bring the original version of an agreement with you to Kazan. The original agreement will be required upon the accreditation procedure at the venue.

Accreditation procedures
All participants of LEN Junior DIVING & SWIMMING Championships 2019 should have an accreditation
badges: In order to get the login details and start the accreditation procedure we kindly ask you to
appoint a contact person responsible for the registration of your delegation and inform the LOC
Accreditation Team to the email: [email protected]

Accreditation badges will be available for pickup at the venue (Aquatics Palace, 1st floor,
entrance for divers and media entrance).
Departure from Kazan Int. Airport
The Organising Committee Information boards will be located at the official places of
accommodation. Information boards will contain departure schedule, which specifies departure date
and time from the accommodation place, type of vehicle.
Note! In case of any changes in the departure time participants must provide the relevant
information to the Organising Committee staff through attaché volunteer 24 hours prior to the
departure.
Local Transportation
Transportation between Kazan International Airport/railway terminals and the official hotels, also
between the official hotels and the venue will be provided by the Local Organising Committee.
Fixed shuttle bus system timetable will be located at the official hotels and venue.
Athlete medical services & Doping control
Medical services will be available during the stay of the teams in our city, it will be available at
training and competition facilities. Mobile medical teams and an ambulance team will be located at
the competition venue near competition zone. If the patient is in need of inpatient care, he is taken
to the city clinic of Kazan on duty (5 minutes far from competition venue). During training and
competitions lifeguard brigades will be constantly on duty. Any Athlete may be tested at any day.
Doping control will be conducted according to the World Anti-doping code.
Sport Information desk
Sport Information desk is located in the 1st floor of the competition venue near the Call-room and
Secretariat and offers general information about competitions (shuttle bus system timetable,
catering information, pigeon boxes), sports information (start-lists, detailed results, competition
schedules), lost and found services and bottled water distribution point.
Working hours of the Sports Information Desk at the venue:
21 June – 7 July (from 7:30 until 20:30)
Information boards with general information regarding both events will be located near reception
desks of the official competitions hotels.

Volunteers Attaches
The volunteer attaché position has been created for teams to effectively communicate with
the LOC. Attaches will be assigned to delegations based on their language needs and team size.
One volunteer attaché may work with multiple teams.
Volunteers know their way around the sports venue, are familiar with Kazan’s infrastructure and its
cultural heritage.
