RV Constructions was established in the year 2001 by Mr. Ramesh. Since then, thecompany has been the pioneering force behind creating dream spaces forIndividuals and Corporate. The Company has grown from strength to strength,and successfully completed over 425+ projects in Residential, Commercial,Education, Hostels and Industry sectors.

RV Constructions is equipped with the requisite expertise and wide-rangingexperience to undertake Construction projects with single source responsibility.Contracts are executed using state of art design tools and project managementtechniques from concept to commissioning. Single Point of Contact: We support our customers with Architect Assistance,Structural Design, Vastu Consultancy, Revenue records, Legal Advice, 2D and 3Ddrawings, license from agencies like BBMP / BESCOM / BWSSB ..etc. andDocumentation for loan.

Responsibility to Execute & Deliver: The contract is executed by technically wellexperienced and qualified staff. A Supervisor will be available for a minimum of4hours per day on the site and Daily Supervision by the chief contractor.

Leadership Profile

Ramesh H V: As a founding member of R.V. Constructions, Ramesh plays the role ofthe principal contractor. He is an Engineer (DCE) with over 23 years of experience inhanding civil projects and project management. Ramesh has played a key role indelivering over 400+ residential projects and also supported several companies insetting up Granite Industries (100% Export units) in and around Bommasandra,Attibele, Jigani and Somanahalli industrial areas. Prior to setting up R.V.Constructions, Ramesh was the working partner in Gaana Builders and Developersand also worked with companies like Venkateshwara Builders and SSS Ltd asProject engineer and maintenance engineer. Ramesh also played a key role insetting up the new Digital Printing press for Futura Digital color press and FuturaFlair, which was India’s first digital color press.
