the holding company Arabian Industries LLC was established

to consolidate its manufacturing facilities, operations and

capabilities in energy sector. Opening our doors for business

in 1991 with our first factory at Rusayl (Sultanate of Oman),

AIM LLC today offers our esteemed customers a spectrum

of energy solutions through comprehensive and custom

engineered products and services. Our operations are

currently established in four different countries in Middle East.

AIM LLC has world class fabrication facilities strategically

located in Oman and in Iraq. Company is currently setting

up another two state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Saudi

Arabia and in Abu Dhabi. With more than 800 people across

its four operating locations, AIM LLC is positioned as one of the

Middle East’s Premier manufacturing companies for critical

process equipment, engineered modular packages, heat

transfer equipment and other special services. Technological

leadership, process innovations and continuous improvement

have propelled and sustained AIM’s dominance in critical

process equipment & process module segments.

Process Equipment

AIM LLC engineer and manufacture process equipment for a wide

range of Oil & Gas applications (on shore & offshore), Refinery and

Petrochemical plants under severe operating conditions of pressure

and temperature. AIM LLC’s facilities manufacture Pressure Vessels &

Columns conforming to ASME -“U”, “U2”, S, & “NB”, “NB-R” Stamps &

materials of construction handled include CS, LTCS, LAS, SS, DSS, Solid

Incoloy, Cladded-SS, Inconel-625 & Inconel-825 . More than two decades

Process Modules and Pre-Engineered Skid packages

AIM LLC pioneered innovative concepts in process packaging,

standardization and modularized facilities to reduce overall project

cost. It has proven capability for engineering, fabrication, testing,

Heat Transfer Equipment

AIM LLC is a recognized leader in the design and manufacturing

of shell & Tube heat exchangers and ACHE’s. AIM LLC has

exceptional experience and knowledge in engineering,

manufacturing and testing of various types of heat transfer

equipment such as Shell & Tube heat exchangers, air coolers

(ACHE’s), condensers (ACC’s) and OTSGs for Refinery,

Petrochemical & Power industries in accordance with

International codes and standards such as TEMA and ASME.

Our reputation as a highly reliable supplier is built on a long

tradition of knowledge and technical skills, always striving for

continuous improvement. AIM LLC can offer shell and tube heat

exchangers & ACHE’s in a variety of materials such as Carbon

steel, Stainless steel, DSS, Cupro-Nickel, Titanium, Incoloy and

other Exotic materials.

Cladding & Cladded Products

AIM LLC is a leader in Cladding with comprehensive weld

overlay cladding capabilities which include Electro Slag Strip

Cladding, automated vertical & horizontal cladding rigs with

twin hot wire TIG, automated MIG and butt welding stations

for various sizes , weight and base metal thicknesses. Pressure

vessels & any piping product forms are produced in variety of

material combinations (base & weld overlay) under turnkey

solutions or as standalone supplies. State-of-the-art processes

and machineries ensures the overlay process meets ASME,

international and stringent most customer requirements with

respect to quality and other compliances delivering best

economic benefits to its customers.

Auto Pipe Spool Fabrication

AIM LLC operates a fully Automated Pipe spool fabrication Plant with

an annual fabrication capacity in excess of 1.0 million DID. Facility is an

“one-stop customized shop” for pipe spool fabrication for larger projects

and equipped with customized “on-line” tracking & bar coding system

to track live status on fabrication, NDT, FD, Painting, Inspection Release,

Dispatches and Test Packs . Facility have track record for large scale

fabrication of pipe spools in CS, LAS and LTCS & in exotic materials such

as Duplex / Super Duplex / SS, Cupro-Nickel, Cladded & Solid CRA.

Storage Tanks & Silos

AIM LLC has manufactured storage tanks of all dimensions for storage

including liquids and gases. We provide complete solution for shop &

site fabricated storage tanks from engineering, fabrication, erection,

painting and handover in accordance with API 650. It has also

engineered, fabricated, supplied & erected silos and storage hoppers

for different applications like Aluminum Plants, Cement Plants, Gypsum,

Lime Stone, and Steel Plants.

Repair, Refurbishment, Retrofit & Site Support Services

As a manufacturer of critical process equipment & packages, AIM LLC is

well equipped to provide professional services for repair, refurbishment

& retrofit which benefit E&P Operators with considerable CAPEX & OPEX

savings. AIM sources critical internals and maintain OEM spare parts in

its facilities for process equipment and skid packages. Our ranges of

repair and refurbishment services include Integrity surveys, ASME Code

Vessels Repairs and re-certification services.

Special Coating Division

AIM LLC provides wide variety of specialty painting and coating

services that are designed to meet the needs of nearly any industrial

or commercial environment. Facilities are equipped with both manual

and automatic blasting & painting facilities & is capable of handling

different types of jobs, including maintenance, turnarounds, outages,

and capital projects. Our Painting and Coatings Division employs

Sultanate of Oman

AIM operates two world class fabrication facilities in Sultanate of

Oman - one at Sohar, a port city and another at Rusayl in capital

city, Muscat. These facilities manufacture complete range

of static equipment for Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals,

Power, Fertiliser, Desalination and Chemical sectors. Sohar

manufacturing facility can handle a single section weighing

up to 300 MT with thickness up to 150 mm in mono block

construction.

Republic of Iraq

AIM LLC expanded its operations to Iraq in the year 2012 and

built a state-of-the–art manufacturing facility in North Rumaila.

The manufacturing facilities are backed by the latest facilities

for PWHT, pickling & passivation, radiography, ultrasonic,

magnetic particle & liquid penetrant examination, high

pressure testing & helium leak detection.
