> The proposed car parking reforms announced as part of the 2010-11 Budget included the implementation of charged parking at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Modbury Hospital, Repatriation General Hospital, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Glenside Hospital and St Margaret’s Hospital.

> All sites were initially assessed in terms of their respective complexity regarding implementation of revised arrangements.

> Specific focus is on those sites where implementation in 2010 - 2011 present the least logistical challenges excluding: Glenside Hospital which is undergoing

considerable change with major infrastructure works occurring.

The Repatriation General Hospital, due to its dispersed car parks and multiple access points presents unique challenges.
