What is the SABIS® Web-Enhanced Interactive PrepList?

• An interactive tool available on SABIS® Digital Platform that allows students to

practice PrepList items and better prepare for PrepList sessions.

Why use the SABIS® Web-Enhanced Interactive PrepList?

• To review PrepList items and practice sample questions.

• To assess and improve your readiness prior to the scheduled PrepList sessions

in order to clear PrepList items not mastered.

1. Introduction

Practicing PrepList items using the Web-Enhanced Interactive PrepList on SABIS® Digital Platform does not affect

your performance history on items as this is only a practice tool.

To clear PrepList items, you should answer them correctly during exams and/or PrepList sessions within the

Integrated Testing and Learning (ITL) sessions.

Step 1: Log in to SABIS® Digital Platform using your credentials and click

on PrepList Practice under Grid

The PrepLists

available for a

specific course will

be displayed under

the corresponding

subjects.

Step 2: Select a PrepList to view and practice your list of un-mastered items

A new tab will open

and you will be re-

directed to the list

of your PrepList

items.

The description and

book reference of

each item are

displayed for your

reference.

Step 3: Select the items you wish to practice

You may choose to

practice all of your

PrepList items by

selecting them all.

Or you may select

a few PrepList

items by clicking on

the checkmark next

to the item.

Step 4: Click on Practice Selected to start practicing the selected items.

All selected questions are

visible at the bottom of the

screen, and you can

navigate easily between

them.

White Questions answered

Yellow Question currently being attempted

Always track your

progress by monitoring

the time spent

attempting the questions,

and by viewing the

number of questions

already answered.

Reset your answer(s) by

clicking on any of the

Reset buttons.

Step 5: Monitor your progressRefer to the Section

Explanation if needed. It

provides you with the

respective explanation

related to the question.

Step 6: Save your answers and exit

By doing so, answers that

are already entered will be

saved, and you will be

able to finish your attempt

later.

At any time during your

PrepList practice attempt,

you may decide to save

your answers and exit.

Step 7: Resume the PrepList practice

You may also start a new attempt at the

PrepList practice. In this case, all

previously answered questions are reset.

The next time that you want to attempt the

PrepList practice, you may resume from

where you left off. In this case, you will not

need to re-attempt questions that were

already answered.

Step 8: Submit your answers

After answering all

questions and reviewing

your answers, you may

submit your answers to

view your score.

Once submitted, you will

be redirected to the score

page.

Step 9: View your score

For every question,

you can view:

Your total score is also displayed on the right corner of the screen.

• The result

• The description

• The book link for

reference

• The time spent per

question

Step 10: View your answers

Upon clicking on a

previously attempted

question you are also able

to:

• View the answer

you have submitted

• Access the Section

Explanation

Note: After the first

attempt, you will not be

able to view a question’s

correct answer.

Step 11: Attempt incorrect questions again

After checking your results, you may choose one of the following options:

• Finish the quiz: to save and exit the PrepList practice session

• Attempt incorrect questions again: to re-attempt only incorrectly answered questions

Step 12: Read the Section Explanation before answering

By choosing to attempt the

incorrect questions again, you will

be redirected to the practice

session, and questions answered

correctly on the first attempt are

disabled.

making your second attempt.

Step 13: Finish the quiz

Once again, you may

decide to save your

answers and exit the

session at any moment,

and then resume it later.

Once you have finished

the practice session,

submit your answers to

see your results within

the score page.

Step 14: View your score after the second attempt

The score page after the second attempt is similar to the score page after the first

attempt. However, you cannot attempt incorrect questions for a third time.

You may only:

• Print Results

• Finish Quiz

Step 15: View the answers after the second attempt

Following a second attempt at a quiz, you will be able to view the correct

answer upon clicking on a previously attempted question.

Step 16: View your history of previous PrepList practice sessions

Your PrepList items are always

made available. You may take as

many attempts as desired.

In addition, the history of each

practice session previously

attempted is saved and

accessible by selecting ViewHistory.

You may view the history of a

PrepList practice session by

selecting it.

Step 17: View the history of every PrepList item practiced by selecting

Practice History

All items practiced will be listed with their description and respective result for the last 10 sessions.

Note: You will be able to identify the items answered incorrectly on both attempts, those answered correctly

on the second attempt, and the ones answered correctly from the first attempt.

Step 18: View your overall Grid progress by selecting Grid Progress

The list of all your Grid items will be displayed with:

• Their Description

• Their Level

• Their Book Reference

• Their status (Not Mastered, Mastered, Not Tested)

• The number of correct consecutive attempts needed to clear the failed item
