Dear Sisters & Brothers in the Lord, Welcome!

It is a joy to have you join the Sacred Heart worshiping community as we celebrate our Eucharistic Liturgy for the 27

th Sunday in Ordinary Time.

We are blessed through your presence and prayerful participation. May our time gathered in prayer nurture your faith and renew your spirit. Thanks for joining us.!! Hope you remembered our return to the Winter Mass Schedule!! Again, I thank you for making the necessary adjustments in your busy schedule to celebrate Mass with your faith community. On this weekend, I will address the “Treasure” part of Stewardship at all Liturgies. The Parish Financial Report 2012 - 2013 is presented in our Church bulletin. In reviewing the numbers, your will note that, once again, we finished the fiscal year on the plus side. We were able to make improvements in our school building, as noted in “property maintenance,” along with coating the outside of the Church with a sealant. The Heritage of Faith funds were used to paint the Church. Approximately $5,000 remains in our Heritage of Faith account. Over the past five years, these funds enabled us to make many capital improvements. I am grateful to all the parishioners who contributed to the “Heritage of Faith - Vision of Hope” Campaign. I am grateful to all of you for the financial support that is reflected in the financial report. Your contributions enable us to provide services for our community and maintain our buildings. Your donations enable us to reach out to the needy, sharing our blessings. I only ask that you continue your faithful stewardship by maintaining your level of financial support. Know I am thankful! Your support makes my job much easier. Be well! God bless,

Fr. McKee
