How to enable Vaccination-differentiated SMMs Check

Log in details

Enter details and click “Log in”

Step 1: Log in to @ https://safeentry.gov.sg/logins/new with your registered business name and email.

How to enable Vaccination-differentiated SMMs CheckStep 2: Enter One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your business email.

2.1) Enter OTP and click “Submit”

2.2) Click “Resend OTP” if you did not receive a OTP

How to enable Vaccination-differentiated SMMs CheckStep 3: Click on “Manage Branch” to modify your branch details.

Click on ‘Manage Branch’

Scroll down and check the box “Vaccination-differentiated Safe Management Measures (SMMs)”

Step 4: Scroll down to “Safe Management Measures” to enable the Check for the venue

DO NOT CHECK THIS UNLESS

the venue needs to verify visitors’ vaccination and test status for the implementation of Vaccination-differentiated SMMs.

Step 5: Review the Terms & Conditions

6.1) The checkbox is checked after agreeing to Terms and Conditions

6.3) Click on “Modify branch” to save changes before leaving page.

6.2) Indicate venue type:

A. Venue for events requiring PET:Select this if venue is holding events where PET is required

OR

B. Others e.g. F&B outlets, Gyms

Scan QR code on TT Token

Note:

The status check feature does not work with:

● SafeEntry Gateway Box● Scanning venue QR code

Visitors who checked in via these

modes still have to show proof of completed vaccination or cleared test status for

vaccination-differentiated SMMs.

Step 2: Verify visitor’s vaccination and test status.

After scanning TT App/Token

Check in visitors to SafeEntry: Gateway modeIf your phone is checking in Tokens/TT App that are too far away, adjust the detection strength.

1. Tap “Gateway settings”

2. Toggle to the left to lower the detection strength.

3. Tap on “x” to close Gateway settings and test the detection strength with a Token/TT App-enabled phone to see if it works well.
