Worked with numerous U.S. Federal, State and Local public sector agencies, including workwith the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Veterans Administration(Veterans Health Administration), the Department of Defense (Military Health System), andVarious Department of Health and Human Services agenciesLed the development of numerous large Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) andother physician organizations, including physician network development and contracting,third party contracting, ancillary network contracting, development of payment and incentivesystems, and implementation of administrative and technology infrastructureDirected and managed an effort to reengineer business processes for a major multi-specialty group practice.
