As a young and motivated individual I am interested in submitting an application for the Safety, Health and

Environment position in your organization. In October 2017, I completed my studies in Environmental Health

and Industrial Safety at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and I have attending certificates of Safety Health

Officer (SHO) Competency Programme. In addition, I already passed Paper 1 to 3 in SHO Competency

Programme from NIOSH. Currently, I pursue my study in Process Safety to gain valuable knowledge and develop

skills in safety industry. I venturing into the field of safety, health and environment for 2 years. Thus it has given

me a range of practical capabilities and solid hands-on experience that will meet the needs of this role.

At the moment, I am working with Sri Binaraya Sdn. Bhd as safety site supervisor. I have been placed at high-

rise project named Sky Awani II in assisting safety, health and environment at site. Beforehand, I been joined a

project on build a hotel and operation theatre. My accomplishment are, a part of being safety supervisor, I’m an

internal auditor in 5S and also assisting in inspection for safety, health and environment at site. Besides I have

been exposed to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 for management in QHSE Unit.

I have good discipline attitude, excellence organizational and leadership skill lead me to be respected person. I

will optimizes my skill to give the best work service for your company and commitment in going extra mile in

achieving task given.
