Offertory Collection - This weekend there is a weekly
collection only. Next weekend there is a weekly collection and a second collection for Communications Media. Festival Appeal, Catholic Accent, and Saint Vincent de Paul envelopes may be placed into any collection.

The Sanctuary Lamp acknowledging the Real Presence of
Christ in the tabernacle is burning this week in memory of Frank Joseph Delose, Ralph and Gloria Delose, and
Elizabeth Ghion by Jeff and Lorraine Ghion.
Save the Date—The Saint Bruno Annual Festival will be
held June 14, 15 and 16. If you are interested in helping in any area and have not yet committed to a certain area of the festival please call Clentin Martin, Festival Chairperson, (724-837-6999) and he will find an area for you to lend your time and talent. The next meeting will be Tuesday, May 21 at 6:00 p.m. in the Parish Center.
It’s that time of year to start collecting items for the
Festival Booths. New or gently used jewelry for the Jewelry Booth; glasses and mugs for the Dime Pitch; and themed baskets for the Basket Booth.

The Saint Bruno Rosary Altar Society will be attend-
ing the Saint Vincent Summer Theater on Thursday, May 30, for the play “Forever Plaid”. The group rate is $19.00 per person. All are welcome to accompany the group! Please place your reservation and fee in an envelope and drop it off at the Parish Office or in the collection basket by Friday, May 24.

Shooter Training on Tuesday, June 4 from
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Church Hall. This class will give instruction on measures to keep us safe here at Saint Bruno. If you would like to attend this class, please call the Parish Office to register. Instruction will be provided by Don-ald Hess, Westmoreland County Community College.

faith at the diocese’s second annual FamilyFest on
Sunday, June 9, at the Christ Our Shepherd Center.
The day will include parish food vendors, an evangeli-

begins with an outdoor Mass celebrated by Bishop
Malesic at 11 a.m. with music provided by a Diocesan

Volunteer Clearances
PA State Law and The Diocese of Greensburg
require that all volunteers 18 and older must obtain
the following clearances and trainings
before they volunteer in any capacity:
CLEARANCES (must be renewed
every 5 years):
-Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Check
-Pennsylvania Criminal History Record Check
-FBI Fingerprint Clearance or
an Affidavit if you have been a PA resident for 10
consecutive years (must be notarized).
TRAININGS (both need to be completed once):
-Mandated Reporter Training - This training can
be completed in more than one sitting
if necessary.
-Virtus - When you register, please choose
Diocese of Greensburg when asked to choose your
organization and choose Saint Bruno Parish for your
primary work location.
-Diocesan Code of Conduct - Read the entire Code
of Conduct, print, sign the last page and
submit it to the office.

Calling all Youth Grades 6-12 - Tuesday, June 18 is
Catholic Youth Day at Cedar Point. The cost is $90 which
includes admission, transportation, lunch and dinner and
