About E-APP

E-APP is a one-stop internet-based online application system developed by the Education Bureau to facilitate the 2015

Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination candidates to lodge advance applications for

locally-accredited post-secondary programmes not covered under the Joint University Programmes Admissions

System (JUPAS). E-APP applicants may receive conditional offers from institutions before the announcement of public

examination results.

Notes:

1 Students under the SSSDP will receive subsidies per annum. The subsidy is tenable for the normal duration of the programme (i.e.

for a period of 4 years).

2 Tuition fees are charged according to the number of credit points taken in a semester. Students have to complete a minimum of

132 credit points for graduation.

3 The per-credit fees are set on the basis of inflationary adjustments and other relevant factors.

4 The annual tuition fees are charged according to the number of credit points taken during the year. The annual fees shown in the

table, which are calculated based on average credit points multiplied by the per-credit fee, are for reference only. The actual annual

tuition fees payable by individual students may vary from the amounts shown.
