As per directions of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission in their

order of dated 22nd Dec.,2000 and in compliance with its obligations under section

26(6) of the Haryana Electricity Reform Act, 1997 (Act 10 of 1998) read with

regulation 7 of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission Tariff) Regulations 1998

and its Distribution and Retail supply Licence, the schedule of General &

Miscellaneous charges is as enclosed.

This will supersede all prevailing instructions regarding schedule of

General & Miscellaneous charges.

This should be brought to the notice of all concerned for meticulous and

strict compliance.
