How it WorksPrintFleet Enterprise software is installed on a non-dedicated server at your client’s location. PrintFleet Enterprise then collects critical printing data directly from each device every 30 minutes and sends it to a central database server, where it becomes easily accessible via a custom web portal. Data is completely secure, and access is controlled via user-based security control protocols. PrintFleet software can also track printing data from locally connected printing devices by collecting information directly from the device.

These customizable reports can be sent automatically to one or more email recipients on a regular basis, or can be downloaded as PDF documents directly from a web interface.

Develop Proactive Supplies and Service ProgramsClients can create status alerts based on event and occurrence thresholds, triggers, standard and vendor error codes, and even LCD screen text. PrintFleet Enterprise can also notify clients when select alert conditions occur multiple times over a specified time period. This can help avoid sending a technician for trivial issues (such as paper jams), and alert clients to send a technician when a device has multiple incidents within a given time period.
