a) Approval of Monthly Financial Statement: (Pages ) It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Approval of Monthly Financial Statement and Monthly Investments report for the month of April, 2020.

b) Approval of a Resolution of Necessity to Transfer Funds It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the resolution as per Ohio Revised Code to transfer funds.

c) Approval of the Five Year Forecast

It is recommended that the Board approve the Five Year Forecast as presented.

d) Approval of GMP School CM at Risk Project It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction as of the Sandusky Early Childhood Learning Academy (on the former Hancock School site) for $14,058,763.30. This amount includes all alternates for the project.

10. CEO & Superintendent’s Recommendations – Action Items, Eugene T.W. Sanders, Ph.D. It is recommended that the Sandusky Board of Education approve the following action items

as delineated below. The recommendations presented to the Board of Education have been provided to the Board in advance of the Board meeting. Board members have had the opportunity to review available background information and request additional information to further prepare for action on recommendations presented in this section prior to the Board meeting.

1) Approval of Employment – Required IEP Testing - Summer 2020 Coverage It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the employment of the

2) Approval of Annual Non-Renewal Home Instruction/Substitute/Supplemental

Employees: At the end of each school year a number of mandatory personnel functions are completed by the school district. One of these functions is the annual non-renewal of all non-full time employment: support, counselor, home instruction and administrative substitutes and supplemental contract holders. This non-renewal is not a reflection on the services of these individuals to the district.
