Suite 550 | Bellevue, WA 98006 for the package you wish to reserve. In order to reserve your booth, payment must be received by March 15th. Additionally, if you register by March 15th, your company will be included with our on-air and online promotion of the event. You may also pre-pay with a credit card by calling 425-653-1108.

• I acknowledge that I have read all information provided in this agreement and will comply with all elements of the Sandusky Radio Employment Expo.

• I understand that I must pre-pay (unless I already have an established credit account with Sandusky Radio for this event by March 15th, 2012 in order to reserve my virtual booth space.

• I acknowledge that Sandusky Radio reserves the right to cancel, or reschedule, this event by March 20th. If for any reason this event is cancelled, notification will be made to you by this date and your full payment will be returned.
