Sandy Lane Projects provide initial costing’s and organise Architects and Engineers to offer a package of services prior to commencement for the Client’s consideration and approval.

Once commissioned Sandy Lane Projects will take on all aspects of the construction process.

Depending on our brief this can include:

• Negotiations and procurement of works contractors• Programming of each individual trade• Supply of plant and materials• Supervision by an experienced Project Manager• Regular reporting to Client • Full Health and Safety procedures• Quality Control• Organisation of any defect rectification
