Cause People with asthma and mouth-

breathing can get hyperventilation Numerous medical conditions, such as

lung diseases, asthma, pneumonia and other lung infections, cardiac dis-eases, bleeding, head injury, coffee abuse, and strokes can trigger this syndrome

- Exercise- Learn breathing exercises that help

you relax and breathe from your di-aphragm and abdomen

- Breathe through your nose into a pa-per bag to increase carbon dioxide ex-halation and immediately re-inhale the exhaled carbon dioxide
