Issues Corrected in This Release
SANHQ does not function properly where decimal is represented by comma
In regions where the decimal is represented by a comma (“,”), SANHQ does not function
properly.
Performance report with 7 day time range was unable to run
In some circumstances, a performance report with a time range of 7 days would be unable
to run.
New event alerts added in the Events tab
Events for member remove, added, or change events were not being displayed in the
Events Panel.
2TB drives misreported
SANHQ was not properly reporting 2TB drive information.
Deselecting notifications
SANHQ did not properly honor deselecting notifications for ICMP ping issues.
Short duration TCP retransmit alerts
Alerts were not sent out for short duration TCP retransmit issues detected by SANHQ.
Volumes bound to a single member reported prematurely as bound
Volumes that are bound to a single member are reported as bound before the binding
operation completes.
SANHQ states thin volume is 101% allocated
In some circumstances, a fully allocated thin provisioned volume may display as 101%
allocated.
SANHQ exits when sorting outbound replicas by most recent duration
Sorting outbound replicas by most recent duration may cause the SANHQ client to exit
abnormally.

SANHQ exits when selecting a member or pool in outbound replication panel
Selecting a member or pool in the outbound replication panel may cause the SANHQ
client to exit abnormally.
Inconsistent sort order for replication history
The sort order for replication history was not consistent with other EqualLogic tools.
Allow SANHQ client to update to same build version as server
Even when no data format change occurred, the SANHQ client was required to update to
the same build version as the server when the server service was updated.
SANHQ could not add groups using both IPV4 and IPV6
SANHQ could not add groups using both IPV4 and IPv6 to the list of monitored groups.
SANHQ unable to launch EqualLogic Group Manager applet
In some cases, SANHQ was unable to download and launch the EqualLogic Group
Manager Java applet.
Backwards change in time generates an e-mail alert
A backwards change in time, such as Daylight Savings fall back, generated an
unnecessary email alert.
No error displayed when an incorrect path is entered
The path entered for the SANHQ server share did not confirm that the entered path was
valid.
SANHQ incorrectly reports Ethernet interfaces as “down-network information missing.”
In some cases, SANHQ would incorrectly report all Ethernet interfaces as “Down-
network information missing” for an array.
SANHQ displays a date range that does not exist for a group
In some circumstances, the client will attempt to display a date range that may not exist
for the selected group.
Overstated I/O data
In some cases, I/O data would be overstated if an SNMP poll did not return a value for
SANHQ to use in its calculations.
E-mail alert not sent for group not communicating with server
SANHQ may not send an email alert for a single member group that is not
communicating with the SANHQ server.

Cancelling a SANHQ installation may not clean up all files
In some cases, cancelling an install of SANHQ may not clean up all files installed up to
the point of the cancellation.
Configuration report lists the same volume multiple times
In some cases, the Configuration report may list the same volume more than once.
Archive file unable to open
Saving an archive file and then opening that file while the original SANHQ monitoring
session is still active can cause the archive file to be unable to open.
SANHQ unable to poll a group with firmware version 3.3.2
In some cases, SANHQ may be unable to poll a group with EqualLogic firmware version
3.3.2.
Percentage not displayed when changing the volume capacity view from capacity to percentage.
When changing the view of volume capacity from size values to percentage, the total disk
space did not change to also display percentages.
Group panel flashing
The group panel flashed while checking the status icon.
No information displayed to show that IPV4 address is unconfigured
When IPv4 was not configured on an Ethernet port, no IPv4 information was displayed to
show that the IPv4 address was unconfigured.
Only first IP address displayed when multiple IPV6 addresses configured
When multiple IPv6 addresses were configured for a port, only the first address was
displayed.
Export function did not indicate whether a port was used as an iSCSI or management port.
The export function did not indicate if a port was in use as an iSCSI data port or a
management port.
