Reduce TCO and offer a compelling and efficient user experience for HR Professionals to
manage employee master data and organization structures with similar improvements for
the professional, as well as the employee and manager utilizing the HCM Processes and
Forms (P&F) framework for self-services scenarios

Offer activity-based Web-enabled user interfaces with powerful search capabilities that meld
the PA and OM roles, while also incorporating new collaboration, analytical, and data quality
tools. P&F will offer a new SAP native UI for designing and executing process for all three

communicate with other users from within the new Web applications about their tasks
