Billing Options

Sapphire provides flexible, efficient billing and payment services

• E-commerce – We will enter invoice data to your web site to ensure input and reporting is done in a timely manner.

• Internet Email – The exchange of information is done through e-mail forms as often as you like.

• Traditional EDI – Information can be delivered to or from your company’s system through a Value Added Network. We utilize Harbinger Network to exchange files with our trading partners.

• Pre-Bill Option – This option is an estimate of services rendered. It is usually requested at year end.

• Payments received are applied directly to your account.

• Statements of services rendered are available upon request.

Electronic Data Exchange Options
