Saracens Head Hotel is your local Adelaide Pub with friendly sta�, great food and a warming atmosphere; a place you can truly feel at home. Newly renovated, we have all the modern comforts to compliment our old pub charm.

We have four function spaces on o�er, catering anywhere from 20 – 300 guests with flexible layouts in each room. From birthdays to engagement parties, corporate functions to social club events, Saracens is the perfect home for your next function!

Our function pack is designed to guide and inspire you, however we willwork closely with you to ensure your function is tailored to your needsand is an event to remember!

We do not charge hire fees, however there are minimum spend requirements which can be discussed on request.

MOORE ST BAR

Our Moore St Bar is a semi private area ideal for more intimate gatherings. This space has the capacity to be divided for smaller groups or extended for up to 150 people. Upholstered booths run along the side of the room, parallel to a private bar.

Our Dining room combined with our courtyard is completely a private and is our biggest function space on o�er; perfect for your next big hurrah! Bi-fold doors combine the two areas together creating a space equip to hold up to 280 guests. Our set up is completely flexible, o�ering a number of options to suit your function style.

We also o�er the dining room on its own for a sit-down function space.

Confirmation

Confirmation of a function must be made within 7 daysof the original reservation. A bond payment and signed copy of these terms and conditions are required to securea tentative booking. Failure to provide these within the time frame stipulated will result in the possiblecancellationof your booking.

To ensure our maximum e�ciency, the guaranteed number of guests is required 7 days prior to the event. This will be regarded as the minimum number for the catering and charging.

Payment

We will require full payment by the completion of yourfunction usless paid in full prior to the event with proof of remittance. Bonds paid are non-refundable. Company cheques need to be organized with management and received 7 days prior to the function.

Equipment / entertainment

Please be aware that the Saracens Head Hotel is bound by legal restriction on noise levels. Therefore we must be informed upon confirmation of booking of any equipment, music or other entertainment you may wish you have for your function.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum spends

The minimum spend can be negotiated depending on the day of the week and the time of the year that the event is to be held. Therefore a change of date may incur additional costs. The quote given encompasses a minimum expenditure, spread over food and beverage that will cover the hotel for loss of revenue, due to closure of a specified area at a particular time.

It is not a fully inclusive quote and additional charges may apply.

Due to responsible service of alcohol requirements, there must be food available during all functions.

Price adjustments

The cost of goods will remain the same as at the time of confirmation for a function, however all prices quoted on menus / wine lists leading up to your functions are based on current trading prices ad are estimates only. These may be subject to change at the discretion of management.

Compliance

The function organisers will conduct the occasion in accordance with Saracens Hotel policy and all other laws. Management reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable person/s without liability.

Minors & responsible service

In accordance with liquor licensing laws we are unable to serve intoxicated patrons or minors. It is the organiser’s duty to ensure Management of the hotel is aware of the presence of any minors attending a function. A parent or adult guardian must accompany minors. Minors are not permitted in the hotel after midnight.

Hotel rules & conditions

Innapropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If any of yourguests are intoxicated, causes damage to the hotel or cause discomfort to other patrons or sta�, management reserves the right to ask them to leave.

Dress Conditions apply.

Any damages to the hotel by guests of your function will be the responsibility of the function organiser and may resultin the loss of bond

Function cancelations will lose bond paid if cancelled within 60 days of event date

The venue is licensed until 3am, however operating hours are at the discretion of management

The Saracens Hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the client, guests or property bought into the hotel.
