• It takes Saturn 11 hours to rotate on its axis.11 hours is Saturn’s day or Saturn’s rotation.

• It takes Saturn 29.1 years to revolve around the sun. Saturn is named after a Roman god. Saturn got its name because it moves slowly across the sky and it is also named after Jupiter’s grandfather.

• Saturn is the 6th planet from the sun. This cold planet makes one rotation on its axis in just 10 hours! Saturn is a gas giant it is mostly made hydrogen and helium.
