Is Strong Made by Savant better than the others?

Savant uses 1” square tubing for the rear basket racks on the Big ATV’s. Savant does use 3/4” tubing for the smaller ATV’s that cannot handle heavier loads. Front basket racks are made of 3/4” tubing. Savant puts a solid weld on all wire screen to prevent rattling while riding. Our competitors may spot weld and this will cause rattling. Savant places grain of screen vertically across basket racket which is stronger. Our competitors may not be doing this. Savant now uses a Quick-Clip. This will allow for a quick and easy mounting or re-moval of basket racks. Only needs one bolt per clip. Saves time. Savant powder coats. This state-of-the-art painting system bonds paint to the metal. Helps prevent premature rusting and conceals scratches better. Spray paint tends to chip, peel and scratch after a few rides on the trail. You can definitely see a differ-ence. Rear Basket Racks are con-structed with 1” 16-gauge steel tubing and heavy-duty 16-gauge

expanded metal mesh. Designed to fit over the existing original rack giving the rack a customized appearance. The Savant Patented QUICK CLIP

system allows for easy mounting and/or removal.

All racks have a durable powder-coated finish to protect from

rust and corrosion. A line of lighter basket racks made with 3/4” 16-gauge steel tubing

and heavy-duty 16 gauge expanded metal

mesh offers an option to riders who consider the added

weight of a basket rack an issue.

The 562 basket rack weighs approximately

10 pounds less than our standard rear rack and is also approximately 3” smaller and mounts to

the inside of the existing original rack as shown
