The Savcor Futurtec Mobile Monitoring Solution provides the same high quality, complete and real-time Structural Health Monitoring as the permanently installed turn-key solution on a smaller basis.

It is a unique Mobile Monitoring Solution that allows the collection of synchronized data from up to 32 channels, which can either be stored on the local server or forwarded to a remote location. In both cases it is possible to view the data real time on the Savcor Futurtec user-friendly interface. The Mobile Monitoring Solution is a complete solution with all sensors, bus cabling, mobile data handling server installed into a enclosure and is ready to be used immediately.

− The unit can be used indefinitely from mains supply through the Uninterruptible Power Supply.

− All data recorded is stored on the hard disk and can be transferred via LAN/WLAN or internet to the control room server or viewed real time.

Savcor Futurtec Mobile OHM consist of four main parts that are: The S100 Mobile Server (based on IP65 Laptop (Panasonic ToughBook with accessories) for data collection and analysis, the 24 bit SLS signal transmission bus that ensures that the signal quality as well as the installation and transmission costs are optimised by using a mixture of wired and wireless technologies where best suited, the measurement solution with several different types of sensors ranging from the tiniest strain gauges and tilt to weather sensor and web browser based User interface.

The S100 Mobile server collects and synchronizes all data and presents the data for display using the Savcor Futurtec OP100 and UI 100 software.

24 BIT SLS SIGNAL TRANSMISSION BUS The same high precision A/D converters and data transport solution that are used in the permanently installed Solutions. Signals are converted to digital format by the SLS Nodes and are accurately synchronized and conveyed through one bus cable (segment) allowing safer, cleaner data transmission as well as the simplest installation available in the industry.

Controller module handles one measurement segment with several SLS Nodes and sensors. It provides the operating voltage to the SLS Nodes and sensors as well as handles the data transmission and synchronization of the SLS Nodes.

NPort 5110 serial device server handles one measurement segment with several SLS Nodes and sensors.

AD1 SLS Nodes are used for converting the analogue data signals into digital format for transmission in the SLS Bus.

Bus cable is in compliance with EU LVD (Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC), as amended by directive 93/68/EEC.
