Meteorology By: Morgan Dorchak

Meteorology is the study of current weather and current weather events. The people who study weather (meteorologists) will track that current weather and events and report it in a forecast. What is Meteorology?

To predict the weather, meteorologists will study past forecasts and calculate the averages. They will also look at clouds to see what type they clouds are and what directions the clouds are going in to see if there will be storms and if an area has high or low pressure.Predicting the weatherClimatology: Corbin Matthews

What Is Climatology? What a climatologist does is find the lows, highs and averages of weather in the area they are researching. Also what climate is, is the highs, lows, and averages for a period of years. The climate changes about every 30 years.AveragesJan61.981.9270.418Feb62.478.6256.917Mar61.377.7183.117Apr59.476.650.59May55.273.220.16Jun51.469.67.26Jul50.568.411.18Aug50.569.1159Sep52.4.373.49.54Oct56.177.466.68Nov59.278.8170.814Dec61.378.4304.120monthDaily minDaily maxMean rainfallMean rain days
