Kibuci- svojina nad zemljom i sredstvima za proizvodnju je

zajednička

- Od članova se traži odgovornost i posvećenost zajednici s druge strane brine o njihovim potrebama od roñenja do starosti

- Oko 2 % ukupnog broja stanovnika naseljenih u 268 manjih naselja, njihov udeo u nacionalnoj proizvodnji je mnogo veći i oni iznose na tržište oko 38% od ukupne količine poljoprivrenih i oko 8,4% industrijskih proizvoda

Nakon klasiranja plodovi se peru u toploj vodi, temperature 55 C, zatim se suše u tunelima sa toplim vazduhom, zatim se radi voskovanje pa ponovo klasiranje po veličini i pakovanje. Ovaku obrañeni plodovi mogu da se čuvaju 3 meseca
