Please read all registration and refund policies carefully. Registration should be made as soon as possible; class size is limited and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure enrollment, please register at least one week prior to the start date of the class. You will be notified if the class for which you are registering is full. Classes with insufficient enrollment will be canceled – you will be notified likewise. To view our extensive class offerings, please click here.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due upon registration. Checks, cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are accepted. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

REFUNDS: Registration fees are refundable up until 14 days prior to the start date of the class, less a $20 accounting fee. Refunds cannot be made after this deadline. To withdraw from a class and request a refund, advise the Sawtooth Registrar by email at registrar@sawtooth.org 14 days or more before the class start date. Failure to attend sessions and/or verbal notification alone will not be considered as an official notice of withdrawal.

CREDIT POLICY: Students who notify the Sawtooth Registrar of withdrawal 14 days or more before the class start date may choose a credit for the full amount of the class in lieu of a refund. Credits must be used within 1 year of the original class start date, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits can be transferred to another student by notifying the Sawtooth Registrar at registrar@sawtooth.org.

CANCELLATION: Sawtooth reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment, and to change class instructors when necessary. If Sawtooth cancels a class for any reason, each registered participant will be informed as soon as possible and will be extended the opportunity to transfer to another class. Any participant who elects not to transfer may choose between a full refund or a credit in the same amount. 1118. Healing and HorsesUnique in their therapeutic nature, horses seek relationship, leadership, trust and respect in equal doses, often transferring those qualities to humans during interactions. Horses allow a person to be aware of all of his or her abilities, emotions and strengths at once. Horses often mirror human emotions through touch, breath, and energy and will allow connection to occur immediately. Just being around horses can change human brainwave patterns and create calm and focus. For the first time, Sawtooth students will have the unique opportunity to work with horses at Riverwood Therapeutic Riding Center, combining hands-on time with the horses followed by a personal art experience on the farm. For the first hour, students will work with the horses through the guidance of Laura Pallavicini, program director and certified PATH Intl. instructor and equine specialist. In the second hour, you will have time to create your own personal art based on your experience with the horses. You may choose photography, drawing, writing: whatever method fits best for you to process your experience. ParkingThe parking lot across Spruce Street for the Milton Rhodes Center is a self-pay system that takes credit/debit cards and cash but does not give change. The lot is owned and operated by The Arts Council of WSFC. Please be aware that you have other parking options such as at a meter on the street (25 cents per hour) and on numerous other pay surface lots and parking garages within one to two blocks of the school. On weekends and after 6pm, there is no charge for on-street metered parking.
