manager to send and receive information from current systems. The suite is
responsible for publishing the plenary session documents in a ‘session viewer’
with multiple themes and styles to choose from. Its powerful interface allows the

Challenges
Acta Digital™ software was needed to be used by professionals of an institute to
help in managing plenary session recordings. The company decided to provide
devices to these institute professionals who can use the software to meet their

locked down in kiosk mode to prevent any sort of misuse or modifications of the
device or app settings. As the devices were supposed to be used for a particular
